Who we are
This website is operated by Perennial Resources International, 420 Madison Avenue, 15th Floor, New York, NY 10017, including its PRI Technology division and PRI AI Advisory. In this policy “we” and “us” mean Perennial Resources International.
What we collect
Contact and enquiry forms: your name, email address and message, plus anything optional you choose to add, such as a phone number, company, job title or the reason you are getting in touch.
Job applications: when you apply for a listed role you are taken to our candidate portal, hosted by our applicant-tracking provider, JobDiva. What you submit there, such as your résumé and contact details, goes into our recruiting system. JobDiva’s pages also carry their own terms.
Technical information: like any website, our servers record standard request details (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
To reply to you, to provide the staffing and advisory services you ask about, and, if you are a candidate, to consider you for roles. We discuss a role with you before your profile is submitted to any client.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the site and our business: our website host, the email-delivery service that routes form messages to our inboxes, and JobDiva for recruiting. They handle your information only to provide those services.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, property or safety or that of others.
Cookies and analytics
The public pages of this site do not set cookies and carry no advertising or cross-site tracking. Staff who sign in to manage the site receive a session cookie.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are not stored in a website database; they arrive with us by email. We keep them, and candidate records in our recruiting system, for as long as we need them for the purpose you contacted us about and for our ordinary business records.
How we protect it
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to the systems that hold your information is limited to the people who need it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@prisearch.com. You can browse the site without giving us any personal information at all.
Because the site does not track you across other websites, a browser “Do Not Track” signal does not change how it behaves.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update it on this page and revise the date at the top.
