How is Perennial Resources International structured?

Perennial Resources International is a full-service search and staffing firm whose stated mission, “quite simply,” is to serve the personnel needs of its clients. It is headquartered at 420 Madison Avenue in New York City, with regional offices in New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Illinois, Texas, Washington DC and Atlanta, and an offshore recruiting team in Manila.

The firm works through five practices: technology, accounting and finance, administrative services, human resources and insurance. PRI Technology, the technology practice, is led by managing partner Kevin Schwesinger. Perennial Resources International was co-founded by Stephen Brown, who leads it as president and chief executive and is operating partner of its finance, technology and consulting practices. It is one of the brands of The Re-Sourcing Group, a professional-services group headquartered in New York, and it offers PRI AI Advisory as a separate advisory practice.

Stephen Brown is co-founder, president and chief executive of Perennial Resources International, a full-service boutique executive search firm in Manhattan. He is operating partner of the finance, technology and consulting practices and leads the human capital business.

  • More than twenty years of search experience, from researcher and sourcing specialist to recruiter, trainer, coach, full-fledged search professional and business owner.
  • Named managing director of a well-known Wall Street search firm in 1999.
  • Has built his candidate roster and client relationships in the world of HR, predominantly within the financial services industry.

Kevin Schwesinger oversees the technology practice at Perennial Resources International, with more than twenty years in IT staffing across staff augmentation, executive search, staffing plans and talent evaluation.

  • Previously VP of Technology Resource Management for more than twelve years; earlier roles at Tribase Systems / Intellimark and Ameridata.
  • Serves on the board of the Society for Information Management’s New Jersey chapter, as past president and trustee.
